Peruvian anticucho Skewers grill Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp garlic.
  • 1 marinated beef or lamb heart
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil.
  • ¼ cup of red wine vinegar.
  • Wooden sticks for skewers.
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt, cumin and pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the heart well and cut into cubes of approximately 4 centimeters.
  • In a bowl add the panca pepper, oregano, garlic, vinegar, salt to taste, oil, pepper, cumin and mix.
  • Add the heart to the mixture and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • The heart already marinated and skewered on the sticks of 3 or 4 pieces we place on the grill.
  • When the sticks with the heart are on the grill, take care that they brown, always adding the juice of the marinade with a cornbread brush.
  • Let cook to taste, preferably it should be juicy and cooked.

Notes

Accompany with sliced white potato, Chili sauce with Chinese onion. Corn cooked and cut into slices.
