Peruvian Chicharrón de Calamar Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg of squid cleaned and cut into finger-wide slices
- salt pepper
- ground garlic soy lemon
- flour without preparing potato flour
- egg
- oil
Instructions
- First season 1 kg of clean squid cut into finger-wide slices with salt, pepper, minced garlic, a few drops of soy sauce and a little lemon.
- Now we soak them in beaten egg seasoned with salt.
- Then it must be dipped in a mixture of unprepared flour with chuño both in equal quantities.
- After mixing well, we separate them one by one, making sure that they are all well impregnated with the flour.
- Lastly, heat the pan in plenty of oil about half its capacity, place the squid one by one so that they all fry evenly, after they brown, take them out to drain the oil and READY!
