Tallarin Saltado – Peruvian Saute Noodle Recipe

Delicious dish, it is a creole fusion cuinary with chinese culinary saute noodles, came from China 150 years ago to Peru.

Ingredients
  

  • Water
  • ½ unit of bell pepper in strips
  • 250 gr of thick noodles
  • 2 tbsp red vinegar
  • 1 drop of Oil
  • 1 onion in julienne
  • 1 oyster sauce to taste
  • units of tomato in segments
  • cup of Chinese onion
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ unit of yellow chili pepper in strips
  • 2 drop of Soy sauce
  • 250 gr of beef or chicken breast in sticks
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Put water and salt in a pot, bring to a boil.
  • Add the noodles and boil, Strain and reserve.
  • Add oil to a frying pan, place the beef or chicken in the skillet, flambé the meat.
  • Add the onion, yellow pepper and pepper, sauté for a 5 minutes.
  • Add the oyster sauce and the soy sauce, sauté
  • Add the tomato and the boiled noodles, sauté.
  • Add the Chinese onion and sesame oil, sauté.

Notes

The secret of flavor, add a drop of soy sauce over chicken or beef when you marinade them or when you are frying and saute.  And serve added chopped cilantro.
