Tallarin Saltado – Peruvian Saute Noodle Recipe
Ingredients
- Water
- ½ unit of bell pepper in strips
- 250 gr of thick noodles
- 2 tbsp red vinegar
- 1 drop of Oil
- 1 onion in julienne
- 1 oyster sauce to taste
- 1½ units of tomato in segments
- ⅛ cup of Chinese onion
- Salt to taste
- ½ unit of yellow chili pepper in strips
- 2 drop of Soy sauce
- 250 gr of beef or chicken breast in sticks
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Put water and salt in a pot, bring to a boil.
- Add the noodles and boil, Strain and reserve.
- Add oil to a frying pan, place the beef or chicken in the skillet, flambé the meat.
- Add the onion, yellow pepper and pepper, sauté for a 5 minutes.
- Add the oyster sauce and the soy sauce, sauté
- Add the tomato and the boiled noodles, sauté.
- Add the Chinese onion and sesame oil, sauté.
Notes
