Ingredients
- 5 pieces of fish fillet
- salt pepper cumin ground garlic oregano vinegar oil
- ½ cup of panca chili liquefied
- 2½ red onions cut into thick strips
Instructions
- At first, marinate 4 pieces of fish fillet in a source for 1 hour with salt, pepper, cumin, ground garlic, oregano and a dash of vinegar.
- Now in a frying pan add a jet of oil and 1/4 cup of liquefied panca chili, letting it brown for a few minutes and then add the fillets with all their maceration.
- At last, we now cover with 2 red onions cut into thick strips and cover it to cook for a few minutes. READY!
