Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp striped ginger
  • ¾ red onion
  • ¾ cup Chinese onion
  • 1 tbsp Chinese oyster sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 kg Chinese noodles
  • 1 kg white rice
  • 2 egg
  • 1 banana
  • Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, add half an onion, two cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of grated ginger (kion), 1/2 cup of chopped Chinese onion and a minced pepper.
  • Add a little sesame oil, 4 cups of cooked white rice, a splash of soy sauce and a tablespoon of oyster sauce, skip lovingly crushing the rice for five minutes.
  • Add a half cup of Chinese beans, half of Chinese onion and half of crispy video.
  • Now we serve covering with a fish milanesa, a fried egg on top, a fried banana on top and we serve our rice on top.
