Ingredients
  

  • minced garlic
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • blended chili pepper
  • 1 cup blended lentils
  • minced red onion
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils
  • salt pepper cumin

Instructions
 

  • At first, we make a dressing with crushed garlic, chopped red onion and blended yellow pepper.
  • Then we add 1/2 cup of cooked lentils, 1 cup of blended lentils and 1 cup of cooked white rice.
  • After that, we mix everything and season with salt, pepper and cumin slowly browning it.
