Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thin-cut beef tenderloin strips.
  • 2 finely chopped garlic.
  • 3 tbsp preferably vegetable oil.
  • 1 medium sized purple onion, sliced
  • 2 sliced tomatoes.
  • 1 yellow pepper cut into strips without seeds or veins.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce.
  • 3 tbsp vinegar.
  • pepper and salt and to taste.
  • 2 tbsp red wine.
  • 1/3 cup preferably beef broth.
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro.
  • 2 cup french fries.

Instructions
 

  • Season the meat with salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Place in a skillet over high heat, add the oil and sauté the meat in small portions, about 2 minutes at a time, so the strips brown and do not sweat.
  • Add the onion, tomato, and chili. Sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes. The onions and tomatoes should be crisp and not mushy. Add the soy sauce and vinegar to the ends of the pan and mix everything together.
  • When going down, add the chopped cilantro and serve hot with the fries and rice.
