Peruvian Pollo a la brasa – Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper
  • cumin
  • minced garlic
  • sugar
  • vinagre
  • lager beer
  • rosemary powder

Instructions
