Peruvian Red Soup Menestron Rojo Recipe

Instructions
- First we make a dressing with 2 chopped red onions, 1 chopped white onion and 1 tablespoon of ground garlic, letting it sweat over low heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of blended mirasol chili, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2 cups of blended tomatoes.
- Add 1 pinch of cumin, 1 branch of rosemary and 1 urel leaf.
- Now add parsley, coriander, basil, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to taste.
- Next we add 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of chopped cabbage, 1 cup of diced carrot, 1 cup of diced celery, 1 cup of diced turnip, 1 cup of peas and 1 cup diced cassava.
- Right there we place a piece of diced cooked brisket and the broth where it was cooked and let it boil.
