Ingredients
  

  • ½ chopped seedless tomato.
  • 2 ground garlic clove.
  • 1 cup milk, preferably fresh.
  • ½ chopped onion.
  • 250 gr beef cut into small squares.
  • 1 tablespoon oil.
  • 100 gr. angel hair noodle.
  • 6 cup water.
  • 1 pinch salt to taste.
  • pepper and oregano.

Instructions
 

  • We fry the onion, the tomato the garlic for the dressing.
  • After a few minutes we add the meat until golden brown.
  • Next we add 6 cups of boiling water to continue cooking.
  • Add the salt and pepper.
  • Little left to finish the angel hair noodles.
  • And last but not least, the oregano to finish giving the flavor.

Notes

Serve preferably warm to appease the cold winter.
