Peruvian Sopa a la minuta Soup Recipe
Popular custom on the Peruvian coast, a rare way to vary the menu without complications and with high nutritional value.
Ingredients
- ½ chopped seedless tomato.
- 2 ground garlic clove.
- 1 cup milk, preferably fresh.
- ½ chopped onion.
- 250 gr beef cut into small squares.
- 1 tablespoon oil.
- 100 gr. angel hair noodle.
- 6 cup water.
- 1 pinch salt to taste.
- pepper and oregano.
Instructions
- We fry the onion, the tomato the garlic for the dressing.
- After a few minutes we add the meat until golden brown.
- Next we add 6 cups of boiling water to continue cooking.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Little left to finish the angel hair noodles.
- And last but not least, the oregano to finish giving the flavor.
Notes
Serve preferably warm to appease the cold winter.
