Ingredients
  

  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 12 pieces of chicken
  • 1 handful of cooked peas
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tbsp of flour wine broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 sprig of oregano
  • 1 bell pepper,
  • cut into strips cooked yellow potatoes
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 piece of butter
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 pinch salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp ground garlic
  • 5 drops of lemon

Instructions
 

  • At first, we season 12 pieces of chicken with salt, pepper, ajomolido and lemon drops and brown them in a pot and then remove them.
  • In the same pot, add 2 chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon of ground garlic, 1 branch of parsley, 1 branch of rosemary and 1 branch of oregano, letting it cook for 10 minutes.
